Our candles are hand poured in small batches right in our Vancouver studio. We make all of our candles in small batches to assure quality. We use only the finest ingredients possible, without any additives, or harmful ingredients. Free from phthalates and petroleum, our soy was is sourced from American-grown soy beans. It is clean burning, sustainable, and entirely natural.
Each candle will ship ready to be gifted, in a cloth gift bag.

Shipping from Canada
I ship with Canada Post for orders within Canada. All Canadian parcels will include tracking.
For orders to the USA we ship via USPS. All parcels to the USA include tracking free of charge.
I cannot guarantee the arrival date of any item shipped. The delivery standards suggested by Canada Post and USPS are generally accurate with the exception of around Christmas. These can be found at www.canadapost.ca and www.usps.com
Purchases are hand-made to order, please allow up to 3 days for production before your order is shipped, after received payment.
I will ship to the address provided by Etsy. If you would like an item shipped to a different address, please contact me.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Returns up to 7 days of item arrival. No refund on shipping charges. Personalized items (initial embossing or custom items) are nonrefundable.
